Spicy Tea? What?
Gratitude is a mental health tool that therapists often teach therapy participants. The idea is that every day, you should try to come up with 3-5 things you appreciate in your life. Most of the time, most of us stick to pretty basic stuff. For instance, I’m grateful for my family. I like the taste of my favorite food. Yesterday, I did something I’m proud of. Et cetera. But sometimes, we find that we’re grateful for something that is larger than our own life. Sometimes we have some “spicy tea” about what we are grateful about.
This particular video started out pretty ordinary. I’m grateful for my coffee, my family, blah blah blah. But I had just discovered TikTok, and I was really excited about it. So I got a bit carried away. I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but let’s just say that this went from sweet and pure to spicy and a primal roar very quickly.
